Appointment Request:

In order to request a specific time, contact us with the time, date,  the service(s) you would like to receive, and a phone number, and we will respond within the next business day (Tues-Sat).

 

Cancellation Policy:

Failure to cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hr notice or a "no show" will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled.

Mon: 11am-3pm, 4pm-8pm
